“Coming from an artistic background, I enjoyed airbrushing, murals, charcoal, and pencil illustrations. When I discovered tattooing, everything changed. I started the Skin Factory Tattoo in 1995, intending to attract the best tattoo artists. I enjoy all styles of tattooing but specialize in fine line realism color and black and grey.” said Eddie Lin, the owner of the Maui Tattoo Shop. Eddie works with two other Maui Tattoo artists, Gabriel and Illya. They have vast years of experience in tattooing. Gabriel was brought up in an artistic family in California and learned the trade from his brother, uncle, and aunt. On the other hand, Illya boasts over 30 years of experience in tattooing and has been working at the Lahaina Tattoo Shop for six years.
