Two established Salt Lake City-area med spas combine services, providers, and expertise to give patients a single destination for aesthetic and wellness care.

The two practices now operate as a single, unified provider.
Patients who previously worked with either practice can now book an appointment and receive care through a single combined location and scheduling system. The merger brings together RO Aesthetics’ focus on facial rejuvenation, led by Rachel Olsen, RN, BSN, with Trilogy Medical Center’s background in laser treatments, body contouring, and tattoo removal.
“Bringing these two practices together means our patients no longer have to choose between providers for different types of care,” an RO Aesthetics representative said. “Whether someone is coming in for neurotoxin injections, body sculpting, or a full skin rejuvenation plan, they can now get that care from one team that already knows their history and goals.”
The combined practice now operates under the RO Aesthetics name and location, with booking managed through a single platform. Services available include dermal fillers, thread lifts, and neurotoxin treatments, alongside Trilogy’s former offerings in laser hair removal, tattoo removal, CoolSculpting, and EMSculpt body contouring.
Patients can also access nonsurgical skin treatments, including microneedling, laser resurfacing, and IPL, now integrated into the practice’s service list. Rachel Olsen and her team continue to lead facial treatments using the practice’s ROA Method, an approach built around evaluating bone structure, muscle tone, skin condition, fat distribution, and fascia support before recommending a plan.

RO Aesthetics will continue serving Salt Lake City and the surrounding area from its Highland Drive location, with expanded hours and provider availability for patients transitioning from Trilogy Medical Center.
