The redesigned site walks visitors through the entire guest journey, from a five-second photo check-in to one-tap vehicle retrieval, showcasing how PUR Valet’s SMS ticketing, AI-powered reporting, and PMS integration work together in practice.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
TORONTO, ON – July 30 – PUR Valet, a provider of digital valet parking management software for hotels, hospitals, shopping malls, and commercial properties, today announced a redesign of its homepage. Rather than simply listing product features, the updated site walks visitors step by step through what a guest experiences at the curb, from arrival to a five-second photo check-in to one-tap vehicle retrieval from a hotel room or dinner table. The redesign is expected to roll out in the coming weeks.
The homepage overhaul comes as PUR Valet’s platform has grown well beyond its original SMS ticketing roots. The company says the previous site no longer reflected the full breadth of what operators can do with the system, and the new design was built to close that gap by showing, rather than telling, how a property moves a guest’s car from drop-off to pickup without a clipboard, a walkie-talkie, or a paper stub.
Central to the redesign is a six-step walkthrough of the guest experience. It opens with arrival, where a valet snaps a single photo of the vehicle. From there, PUR Valet’s technology reads the plate, make, and color automatically and sends the guest a digital ticket by SMS ticketing before they have even reached the lobby. That same photo doubles as documentation that protects properties from unfounded damage claims; a detail the new homepage calls out on its own rather than burying it in a features list.
The updated site also puts a spotlight on how guests get their vehicle back. Rather than calling the front desk or flagging a valet, guests can request their car from their room or the dinner table, choose a pickup window in five-minute increments, and pay and tip from their phone using Apple Pay or Google Pay. On the back end, the redesign highlights PUR Valet’s one-click PMS integration with Opera and other property management systems, which lets valet charges post directly to a guest’s room folio without manual entry.
The homepage redesign also gives more room to PUR Valet’s AI-powered reporting tools, which analyze arrival and retrieval patterns so operators can staff more accurately during peak periods. Combined with the platform’s cross-platform compatibility across iOS, Android, and web browsers, the new site is meant to give hotels, hospitals, malls, and commercial properties a clearer picture of how the pieces fit together before they ever book a demo.
“Our old homepage described features. The new one shows what actually happens at the curb,” said Spokesperson at PUR Valet. “A five-second photo check-in, a ticket that lands on a guest’s phone before they’re through the door, a car waiting when they walk outside – that’s the story we wanted the site to tell, because it’s the story our customers are already living. Damage claim protection and one-tap retrieval aren’t small details to the properties we work with; they’re often the reason they switch to us in the first place,” added the Spokesperson. “Giving those features their own space on the homepage, instead of a single bullet point, was overdue.”
PUR Valet plans to roll out the updated homepage in phases over the coming weeks, with further updates to follow as new features are added to the platform.
