Myrtle Beach, SC, June 9, 2021 – Pete Mickeal, American former professional NBA basketball player and NBA Scout announces the Myrtle Beach International Combine event 2021.
(The Myrtle Beach International Combine 2021) MBIC will be held at The John T. Rhodes Myrtle Beach Sports Center, Sports Center Way, Myrtle Beach; on June 13th-15th, 2021 from 9am to 6pm. This is the first-ever of its kind NBA Pre-Draft combine event to be conducted.
This pre-draft event will showcase a unique line-up of want-to-be future NBA players. This includes the 40 top-ranking college seniors along with 20 top international prospects. The event will further include a variety of Coaches such as Jim Boylen and Bill Bayno, along with NBA Scouts who will all be on-site at the event to view and select potential draft prospects. The event has a team roster that includes select top athletes from various colleges such as Matt Moyer, Corey Manigault, T.J. Gibbs, Tristan Jarrett, Wayne Stewart, and many more.
Pete Mickeal, Founder said, “Our event is in fashion, similar to the locally known high school invitational the Myrtle Beach- Beach Ball Classic, the big difference is the Myrtle Beach Combine takes it to the next level to provide an opportunity for interested college-level talent to be looked at and scouted out for the NBA as professional level players!” Mickeal continued “We are extremely excited to showcase the 1st annual event in Myrtle Beach and look forward to the future of this special NBA pre-draft event being held in the Myrtle Beach area annually.”
The MBIC event will be essential in securing worldwide professional offers for dozens of American and international basketball players; extending invitations to all 30 National Basketball Association (NBA) teams as well as EuroLeague teams, such as Spain, Turkey, France, Italy, Israel, Russia, Greece, China, South Korea, and Japan. MBIC will include 60 participants who will be physically assessed and coached through two days of drills with organized games by former head and assistant NBA coaches.

The NBA combine events will be live-streamed in over 100 countries via Twitch and Vista. Pete Mickeal, Founder has created an opportunity for players to be signed, as a result of MVPete. His professional experience as a scout for the Washington Wizards and Minnesota Timberwolves had contributed to his founding and presiding over the 2021 Myrtle Beach International Combine, which beneficially serves the United States’ top sixty college seniors and a select few International prospects. The Invitational is open to all international clubs to scout and sign talent while simultaneously allowing these players to be seen by all 30 NBA teams prior to the NBA draft.
