Eric A. Wright of Wright and Gray Trial Lawyers was recently recognized at the American Cancer Society’s Cure by Design Gala. His personal experience with injustice pushed him to be a voice for the voiceless. The attorney has made some serious strides in personal injury law during his years at the law firm.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

New Orleans, LA, October 20, 2022— Eric A. Wright, a managing partner at Wright and Gray, was recognized last Saturday night at the American Cancer Society Cure by Design Gala. The 22nd Annual New Orleans Gala (presented by the Ochsner Cancer Institute) took place at New Orleans’ illustrious Mardi Gras World to benefit the Patrick F. Taylor Hope Lodge on River Road.

“Along with a group of other distinct professionals, Eric was honored as an American Cancer Society Honoree in true fashion!” says a spokesperson for Wright and Gray Trial Lawyers. “Eric is a member of several state and national organizations. His daughter, Lauren, is a cancer survivor who motivates her father to help in the fight against cancer. We honor you, Mr. Wright!”

It shouldn’t come as a surprise that working as a law professional is challenging. Mr. Wright, however, uses his position to give a voice to the voiceless. He meets his clients’ needs on both legal and emotional levels. He uses his nearly two decades of experience (along with his understanding of how trials work) to continuously get the results his clients are hoping for.

“Eric Wright’s decision to become a lawyer bloomed from injustice,” says a spokesperson for the firm. “When a family member was wrongly accused of murder, he gained a disturbing and personal view into the legal system’s ability to both harm and help those without power.”

His traumatic experience with injustice pushes Mr. Wright to use the strength of the law to protect innocent people and get them the results they deserve. He always works toward the pursuit of justice. He might now work in personal injury law, but his career began in criminal defense.

This isn’t the first time (and definitely won’t be the last) that Eric A. Wright has been recognized for his years of hard work. His significant contribution to personal injury law landed him on the New York Times’s Lawyers of Distinction list in June of 2018.
