This announcement comes on the heels of adding two new products to their lineup, including a terpene infused CBD hemp oil and a topical CBD pain cream.

Terpenes have other functions besides producing aromas and flavors, however. They can also have therapeutic benefits and may work synergistically along with CBD and other cannabinoids to increase the overall therapeutic effects of CBD hemp oil. The entourage effect describes the synergy that exists between terpenes and cannabinoids as well as lesser metabolites and phytochemicals. In the entourage effect, terpenes facilitate the work of hemp molecules in the brain and the body. As such, they play an important role in the effect of CBD and other cannabinoids in the body.
