Cary, North Carolina, June 12, 2023 – Triangle Smart Divorce, a law firm in North Carolina, has a growing team of professionals that are dedicated to helping couples move forward with confidence when dealing with divorce.
Triangle Smart Divorce is not only made up of experienced family law attorneys, but also of paralegals, legal assistants, client care coordinators, marketing professionals, and others who all share a common goal of ensuring that the firm’s clients are able to protect the things that matter most to them, no matter how challenging their cases are.
Owner and founder of Triangle Smart Divorce, Jenny Bradley, has 20+ years of family law experience. This has led her to believe that every client facing divorce will always be better served when there’s a team approach, as it allows for a higher level of service throughout the divorce process leading to better results.
Since February 2023, 4 new employees have been added to the staff:
Ashley Fillipelli (Attorney) – Ashley graduated from Campbell Law (Cum Laude) with an eye toward criminal law, but her plans changed after graduation from law school, when the firm where Ashley worked became in need of a family law attorney. Fast forward 10 years – Ashley is not only a thriving family law attorney, but also maintains a six-year-and-counting run as a North Carolina Super Lawyers Rising Star.
Kadeelyn McGinnis (Paralegal) – Despite Kadeelyn’s spectacular singing abilities, she has an entire set of professional skills that the firm couldn’t deny when adding her to the team. She started her career in the legal realm as a receptionist for a small law firm. After learning to help a paralegal at that firm with the “little things,” those “little things,” turned into bigger things. She soon became a legal assistant, and when she reached limitations in that position, she went back to school and became a paralegal within two semesters.
Paige Bigger (Client Care Coordinator) – Paige is a North Carolina native and graduate of Meredith College, her passion for people led her to study Communication, English, and Professional Writing. Her naturally upbeat and pleasant demeanor were two qualities Triangle Smart Divorce couldn’t pass up. Her Southern roots and knack for serving others lend themselves well to her role.
Madalyn Monteith (Legal Assistant/Receptionist) – Madalyn has “always been interested in family law” and found her niche with Triangle. She came a long way to join Triangle Smart Divorce as the newest legal assistant, winding her way from the plains of Indiana through the Rockies to Spokane, Washington and then to Triangle Smart Divorce’s doors – with a few other stops along the way. Her time as a communications specialist at an enormous Spokane medical center (during the peak of COVID-19) has prepared her well for duties as a legal assistant.
Triangle Smart Divorce is confident in their recent hires and what they each bring to the table. Each employee caters to a different domain of the client experience, which only strengthens the firm’s ability to make difficult processes like divorce simpler and smoother for their clients. They are so excited to continue watching their team grow!
