Prescott, Arizona – March 19, 2026 – Tri-State Metal Roofing Supply, a leading manufacturer of American made metal roofing and siding products, announced the grand opening of its new Prescott manufacturing facility, expanding access to high quality metal roofing materials across Arizona and the Southwest.

The official grand opening celebration will take place Thursday, April 30, 2026 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the company’s new facility located at 6705 Generation Lane in Prescott. The event will welcome contractors, builders, homeowners, and community members to tour the facility and learn more about Tri-State’s direct to customer approach to metal roofing manufacturing and supply.

Founded in May 2016 in St. George, Utah, Tri-State Metal Roofing Supply was established by partners Kortney Leavitt, Jason Norton and Kalan Lemon. The founders bring more than 50 years of combined experience in manufacturing and construction, including more than 30 years of specialized metal roofing expertise from Norton.

Since its founding, the company has grown rapidly throughout the region by focusing on fast turnaround times, American made materials and strong partnerships with contractors and homeowners.

“Our mission is simple. Keep roofs solid and communities strong,” Lemon said. “We believe in hard work, honesty and real relationships. Whether it’s a ranch, commercial building or family home, we want to help people protect what they’ve built with materials that last.”

Expanding Metal Roofing Manufacturing in Arizona

The new Prescott facility represents a major milestone in Tri-State’s expansion across Arizona and the Southwest. The manufacturing location will produce metal roofing panels, metal siding, trims and roofing accessories, along with custom fabrication options designed for residential, agricultural and commercial construction projects.

Metal roofing continues to grow in popularity across Arizona due to its durability, energy efficiency and sustainability benefits. Unlike traditional asphalt shingles or tile roofing, metal roofing systems offer long lifespans, improved heat reflection and full recyclability.

Tri-State leaders say the Prescott location will help strengthen Arizona’s construction supply chain by giving contractors and homeowners a local source for high quality metal roofing products.

“The people and the tight knit community here made Prescott feel like home right away,” said Leavitt. “That sense of community is exactly what we want our company to represent.”

Partnership with JEBCO Construction Companies

The Prescott facility was built in partnership with JEBCO Construction Companies, a Northern Arizona general contractor led by owner Jeb Johnson. Both companies emphasized craftsmanship, efficiency and long term investment in the community throughout the project.

“There were many capable commercial builders in the Prescott area, but with Jeb and his team we felt an immediate friendship,” Leavitt said. “They have been professional, reliable and an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the process.”

Johnson said the project highlights the strengths of both organizations.

“Tri-State’s ability to manufacture top tier products with virtually no lead times combined with JEBCO’s commitment to delivering projects on schedule makes this facility a showcase for quality and reliability,” Johnson said. “We are proud to help bring Tri-State’s vision to Prescott.”

The building also features several unique design elements, including Tri-State’s signature wood grain steel paneling, which replicates the appearance of rustic barn wood while maintaining the durability of steel.

Supporting Prescott’s Growing Construction Market

The land where the new facility now stands holds special significance within the community. The property was originally owned by the family of a longtime Prescott resident who had planned to develop the site but passed away before construction began.

Tri-State and JEBCO worked together to transform the property into a modern manufacturing facility designed to support the region’s expanding construction industry.

As Prescott and surrounding communities continue to grow, Tri-State expects the new facility to create jobs and increase access to durable building materials for contractors and homeowners across Northern Arizona.

“We’re in a growth stage,” Norton said. “As Prescott continues to grow, we want to grow right along with it. Our goal is to expand this facility over time, add more product options and create additional jobs for the community.”
