Once extracted(through distillation or cold-pressing), these oils provide many natural benefits that promote health and wellness. They can be diffused into the air for pleasant inhaling, or applied topically on your skin.
Essential oils have been used for thousands of years and are still very relevant today, if not more relevant than ever before.
They can also be used to create natural cleaning products such as cleaning sprays, soap, laundry detergent, toothpaste and more. This would allow you to remove tons of harmful chemicals found in your everyday life!

HOW TO USE YOUR NEW YOUNG LIVING STARTER KIT?
Oils can be used 3 different ways:
- Topically, which means directly on your skin.
- Aromatically – either by diffusing or simply inhaling from the bottle.
- Internally – Many people don’t recommend this, some do. Consult a medical professional before doing so.
As you go begin using essential oils, you will find out what works best for your body.

One of my biggest tips for using your starter kit, is OPEN THAT BOX UP and get those oils into your home in places and rooms that you will use them. You want them in reach at all times.
Yes the oils look beautiful and fun set in the starter kit box, but I can’t stress enough how simply placing oils in areas of your house that you will reach for is going to help you when something arises.
For example we keep a big pile of oils in our kitchen, the heart of our home. We also have oils in our bathrooms for baths, showers and nightly routines. I promise this is going to help you use them consistently!

Roller blends are perfect for rolling onto your skin. Preparing these ahead of time make it super convenient to use oils throughout the day.
Combine these oils in a glass roller-bottle. Then add enough carrier oil to top off the bottle(such as fractionated coconut oil). Apply to desired area. For the glowing skin roller use jojoba oil as it will not clog pores.:
