NSW, Australia, 4 January 2022— 2021 was another landmark year for Sydney Business Web, which again reached the finals of the Bx Business of the Year Competition as Business Website Designers!
Competition for the finals spot was fiercely contested by some excellent companies and we are very proud of our second award since we started this company creating professional eCommerce websites in New South Wales three years ago.
In addition, we acquired new capabilities in migrating high-volume eCommerce sites for online retailers and online wholesalers to our Woocommerce platform from less capable legacy platforms. A competitor platform in question had become defunct rather suddenly and we had many customers with high-value websites who needed them back up – fast! We also implemented interfaces to sophisticated point of sale systems (POS). Sometimes, it really helps to be a bona-fide engineer!
We also upgraded our hosting to Virtual Private Servers (VPS) to better serve our customers and our award-winning artist Hettie Rowley was conferred with the status of ‘Master Pastellist of the Pastel Society of Australia’.
In the coming year, we will be further growing our premium product of onsite business engineering – from concept to profit targeted at small and medium companies.
