A Wellness Movement to Support Clean, Safe Water in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Atlanta, GA, October 3, 2025 — Woliba, a leader in workplace wellness and employee engagement, is proud to announce its latest Global Charity Challenge, running from November 2 through December 2, in partnership with The Water Project-a nonprofit dedicated to providing reliable access to clean water across sub-Saharan Africa.

Timed to culminate on Giving Tuesday, the challenge invites companies and individuals around the world to join a wellness initiative with purpose: improve personal wellbeing while helping fund life-changing clean water projects.

Participants will commit to increasing their daily step count-whether by walking 5,000 steps or setting a personal movement goal-while raising awareness and support for The Water Project. Fifty percent of all software fees from participating organizations will be donated directly to the cause, and individual contributions made by participants will go 100% to The Water Project.

“Clean water is foundational to health, dignity, and opportunity,” said Nathan Figg, CEO of Woliba. “This partnership turns everyday movement into meaningful global impact-one step at a time.”

The challenge reflects Woliba’s broader mission: creating healthier, more connected workplace cultures through personalized wellness journeys. As a veteran-owned company rooted in service, Woliba believes that caring for people at work can create a ripple effect that benefits communities around the world. This philosophy is the driving force behind Woliba For Good, a new initiative powering monthly charity-driven campaigns.

How It Works:

  • Participants track steps through Woliba’s digital platform
  • A live leaderboard and virtual social feed foster friendly competition and connection
  • Impact metrics, including total steps and funds raised, are shared in real time
  • Flexible for all team sizes-whether you’re a group of 10 or a company of 10,000

This is a turnkey opportunity for organizations to activate employee wellness while making a tangible difference beyond the workplace.

About The Water Project:

Since 2006, The Water Project has been unlocking human potential. Their mission is to create reliable access to safe, reliable drinking water for communities across sub-Saharan Africa. With water flowing, they empower local people with hygiene and sanitation knowledge to keep themselves – and their water – healthy. Each water project, whether a drilled well, spring protection, sand dam, or protected dug well, is tailored to its community. They track the functionality of every water source using real-time data, which prompts monitoring and maintenance to ensure water keeps flowing for years to come. The Water Project has restored health and hope for more than 900,000 people through 2,661 active water points in Kenya, Sierra Leone, and Uganda.
