Detroit, MI, June 14, 2022— Spaulding Decon is thrilled to announce the grand opening of its latest expansion into Detroit, owned and operated by Aundrea Newbern & Jesse Lepage.
Jesse LePage was born and raised in Detroit and although Aundrea is a Georgia native, Detroit has become their home. They are proud parents to a toddler named Jack, who is their pride and joy. Prior to joining Spaulding Decon, Aundrea was a Financial Services Consultant and Jesse worked in the gas industry. Aundrea has worked in Real Estate for many years and spends much of her free time teaching families how to invest and make the most of their money. She has a black belt in Karate. Jesse is a stand-up Comedian. They are avid travelers who are building a vacation home in Nicaragua. This dynamic duo loves animals and has rescued several strays.
While at a female entrepreneur meet-up, Aundrea met Laura Spaulding, CEO and Founder of Spaulding Decon, and the opportunity to join the organization became a natural fit. She loved that Spaulding was a recession proof business that gives her an opportunity to diversify her retirement portfolio. Both Aundrea and Jesse are und thrilled to have found a business that allows them to service their community. Since they have been in the real estate industry for so long, they also loved Spaulding Decon’s real estate component as it gives them an opportunity to purchase distressed homes that are no longer wanted by their owner.
When asked, what is your main objective with regards to your franchise, Aundrea responded with “We would love to eventually be able to service all of Michigan and possibly Northern Ohio”. They want to grow into a successful and well-known company by providing customer service that speaks for itself. Aundrea feels Spaulding Decon gives her flexibility and it allows her the opportunity to create lasting relationships with customers.
