Reno, NV, August 16, 2023— Sierra Crest Business Law Group introduced Kathryn Bennett and Kacee Johnson to their staff in June.
Kathryn Bennett is joining the legal team as a filing clerk. She was born in Wisconsin and is a transplant to Nevada, but has spent most of her life here; she attended UNR and TMCC to pursue education in Business Administration. For 25 years, she was a Public Servant to the Fernley community, but after a brief retirement, joined Sierra Crest on a new career journey because she wasn’t ready to stop serving. Her dedication to serving is now translating to serving the business owners that the firm works with!
Kacee Johnson is also joining the team as a law clerk intern. She’s a Reno, Nevada native and graduated with her undergraduate degrees in French, History, and Journalism during Nevada’s COVID-19 shelter-in-place order and found herself facing an unfriendly job market. After flirting with the idea of applying to law school, she decided to pursue it. She was accepted to the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV on a scholarship, and just completed her first year of law school. This summer, at Sierra Crest Business Law Group, she assists attorneys with legal research and writing on both litigation and transactional matters.
Everyone at the firm is excited and confident at the prospect of both of these quality individuals coming on board. As with any business, new additions prove growth!
