FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
United Kingdom, 20 June 2022 — Red Tiger karate club provides quality instruction to children from 4 years old all the way to late adulthood. All of their instructors are Instructor qualified, DBS checked and first aid trained. They are also committed to helping you achieve your goals, whatever they may be and pride themselves on having a great team of instructors because, first and foremost, they are all warm and friendly people.
At Red Tiger Karate, they teach the traditional style of Shotokan Karate and have classes to suit everyone, from young beginners to existing black belts. Classes are based around practising the basics of karate (kihon); including striking techniques, blocking techniques and a variety of kicking techniques. But they also teach Shotokan Kata (which are detailed patterns of movement). Once a student reaches a competent level, they allow them to begin to Kumite (spar) in a controlled and disciplined environment.
Some of the best aspects of the club are that they pride themselves on making their classes lively and fun to take part in: that’s why they play karate-based games and run competitions with the students to encourage them to learn. They strive to not only impact their students’ lives inside the dojo (training hall) but outside as well. Theirs is a family club where lasting friendships are formed since karate not only improves their students’ physical health but can also positively impact their mental well-being.
With over 40 classes across Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Cheshire, they are sure to have a class to suit you. Classes are held in a variety of venues, including Primary Schools and High Schools, Community Centres, Scout Huts, Leisure Centres and Church Halls.
Red Tiger Karate classes are run every night of the week, and even at weekends, so you can train as often as you like!
Among the many benefits to be gained from training with them, you’ll find:
- Improved fitness, flexibility and stamina
- Reduced stress levels
- Develop your self-confidence
- Improved mental and physical co-ordination
- Improve your child’s discipline, concentration and motivation
- Family training encourages co-operation, teamwork and shared values
- The opportunity to take part in tournaments and special seminars
Red Tiger Karate Club is always open to taking on new beginners. They recruit new students through school demonstrations, bring-a-friend classes and most importantly, through word of mouth. They can cater for children from 4 years old right up to 70+ years old, and the best: they keep their prices reasonable and affordable for all. They offer great family discounts so that each family member can get involved, and there are no direct debits or upfront fees. You simply pay as you train.
