Stigmas have circled mental health for ages. People are scared to talk about it. They’re scared of people that admit to having one. It makes us uncomfortable to even hear the words “Mental Health.” But times are changing and they’re changing for the better.
IT’S OKAY NOT TO BE OKAY.
Society tries to tell us that we need to be perfect. We HAVE to be perfect. But what if we all cut ourselves some slack? What if we realized there’s more to life than trying to be perfect all the time? It’s okay to gain a few pounds. It’s okay to fail a test. It’s okay to go through a breakup. It’s okay to feel sad sometimes.
IT’S OKAY NOT TO BE OKAY.
