Brisbane, Australia – HUMANIZE YOU has received an award for their mind-bending film, You Are Enough.
HUMANIZE YOU, a Brisbane video production company, has received its first award for its short documentary film, You Are Enough. Directed by Michael Hanson, the five-minute film revolves around self-acceptance, love, and struggle. The film ended up receiving the Best Editing Award at the Canberra Short Film Festival.
Michael Hanson, film director and founder of HUMANIZE YOU, says his storytelling agency “is an award-winning global production company that is pioneering the film industry. We work with advertising agencies, entrepreneurs, and brands, working from creative concepts, to production to final delivery.”
HUMANIZE YOU delivers video production services that places a focus on human stories. Incredibly enough, the film You Are Enough was created locally. According to Hanson, it “was made all in house from concept to finish in our studio in Eagle street Brisbane.”
With many people suffering from stress and anxiety at this time, placing a highlight on mental health through films like You Are Enough helps to progress the dialogue of this ever-present issue.
Hanson continues to state that, “most recently HUMANIZE YOU won best editing at Canberra Short Film Festival. We have also been featured on Channel 7 where we presented our short documentary Twice Shot at Parliament House in front of Police Minister Mark Ryan in conjunction with Lifeline to bring awareness to suicide prevention.”
HUMANIZE YOU has worked with established brands like Porsche and Mercedes-Benz. The visual storytelling agency is also trusted by Liberty Mutual Insurance and the Queensland Police.
As Hanson shares, “we inspire our clientele to tell more human-centred stories. Our purpose is to humanize brands by telling real, human to human stories that pull us in, inspire, entertain, and educate. Stories that spark our curiosity, make us smile and warm the soul.”
In addition to its film production services, HUMANIZE YOU offers story concept services to help you build your storyline. Hanson is also in the stages of launching a new video campaign under the name Klout. He shared that “Although it is in the early stages, Klout’s ultimate goal is to drive sales while creating brand equity and loyalty.”
