New York, January 4, 2024— Goodfella’s Pizza School of New York Celebrates their 500th Student to Graduate their professional pizza course.

Co-founders Scot Cosentino and Andrew Scudera say, “This is truly a milestone and despite the pandemic and economy, we have opened a new location and are in full scale operations, booking students from all over the world for our one-on-one professional training.”

The Pizza School of New York is one of the most comprehensive hands on pizza schools in the country. Focusing on the art of wood fired pizza, gourmet breads, the science of dough, brick oven cooking and complete consulting on how to open a pizza restaurant.

Co-founder Andrew Scudera and world champion pizza maker says, “The industry is picking up again and people are looking to learn the art, and that is what we do best. I also find it to be one of the most rewarding experiences ever to train people and see them succeed in the industry.”

Andrew has also been invited to be a member of the World Pizza Champion team, comprised of some of the most talented pizza makers in the industry, and will be competing in the Largest US Pizza Making Contest, The Pizza Expo in Las Vegas March 28-30th for another shot at the title along with many of his pizza alumni students. 

Goodfella’s Pizza School of New York has also entered the brick oven building business worldwide and is specializing in custom brick ovens and revolving brick ovens.   

Founded in 1992, Goodfella’s has been an industry trendsetter and leader in gourmet New York brick oven pizza since its inception. They’ve won numerous national and international prizes for their gourmet creations, such as the Vodka Pizza, “Smokin” Goodfella, and other various pizza creations.

Goodfella’s has also been known as political hot spot for New York politicians: The Home Of “Fork Gate,” and as a local celebrity hot spot for years. They have also been featured on many TV segments, catered on the Presidential Yacht, and rumor has it that they are now working on launching a professional pasta school.
