FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Las Vegas, NV, March 26, 2020 – Jon Anthony, a blogger at Masculine Development, has recently released a home workout routine for people self-quarantining who want to stay in shape.
The routine can be done both with and without workout equipment, which makes it especially useful for people who don’t have a home gym or just prefer to do a bodyweight workout.
The full body home workout routine, available on his website “Masculine Development,” for free, offers an in-depth guide to how people can build muscle and lose fat, even while self-quarantining, and even without having access to dumbbells.
In the guide, he presents two home workout routines that anyone can follow – one is primarily based on calisthenics, such as pushups, sit-ups, and air squats.
The other routine, meant to be done with a set of dumbbells and an at-home pull-up bar, is comprised of dumbbell presses, pullups, weighted squats, and other easy exercises that only take a few minutes to learn.
“I hope the routine can be used to help people stay in shape, even while they’re not going to work and staying at home,” Jon Anthony, the founder of Masculine Development stated.
“It’s terrible that so many gyms are temporarily shutting down, especially because people use them to relieve stress,” he added. “I hope that this workout can help people still stay in shape and relieve stress, during this difficult time.”
