“I grew up with home-cooked meals every night,” said Cory Doggett, founder of the Tex-Mex Recipe Workbook. “My mom wasn’t much of a cook, so she learned a lot from friends and neighbors who were Mexican. My dad was from the South and brought his flair for Southern-style food to the table. I wanted to bring my unique cooking style to others so they can enjoy the same recipes I do.”
The Tex-Mex Recipe Workbook adds new recipes weekly to the site, so cooks will have a steady stream of new dishes to try out in the kitchen. Each post gives a brief history about the dish, how its been tweaked for maximum flavor, and easy to follow instructions for cooks to recreate the meal. Explore familiar recipes as well as ones you may have never heard from before.
