She is working on an Associates Degree as a Registered Nurse. Upon graduation, she intends to get her Bachelor’s Degree in nursing. “I have always been a compassionate and caring person, those qualities will help me in the medical field,” says Kyleigh. Her dream is to become a Nurse Practitioner, specializing in pediatrics. Kyleigh’s love for the medical profession began, she says, as a student in Lakeland High’s Project Lead the Way (PLTW) Biomedical Science Program.
