TAMPA BAY, FL — January 30, 2020 — Behavioral Consulting of Tampa Bay (BCOTB), a local Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy provider for children on the Autism spectrum or diagnosed with Down Syndrome, accepts TRICARE insurance.

BCOTB proudly accepts TRICARE from members of the U.S. military and their families across its four locations in the Tampa Bay area. Since opening in 2003, BCOTB continues to grow and offer additional services to the community. 

Utilizing the latest ABA Therapy techniques, BCOTB works with children ages 1.5 to 10 on verbal behavior, functional behavior, individualized education plans (IEP), the SRA Reading and Language Program, feeding therapy, toilet training, and shadowing in schools.

Last year was an exciting year of growth for Behavioral Consulting of Tampa Bay. They now employ 75+ people locally and have increased their support of Tampa’s Autism Speaks Walk by fundraising more than ever for the charity. BCOTB staff has been participating in an Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) Program to augment their incredible services to the community. A decision was also made to open offices for Saturday appointments to better serve working families.

As a business proudly founded and managed by a woman, staff will be participating in Habitat for Humanity’s Women Build campaign later this year. Women Build is an opportunity for women in business to fundraise and experience the fulfillment of building a home for families in need. BCOTB will also, once again, proudly sponsor Autism Speaks Tampa walk 2020.
