Emily graduated from the Dedman School of Law at Southern Methodist University and has practiced Family Law in Texas for the last 9 years. She chose to practice family law because of her deep passion for helping people who are going through the hardest times of their lives. Emily has a special personal touch that this work requires. Her goal is to protect the firm’s clients by navigating both the emotional and financial aspects of their case with care and dedication.
Emily has a Bachelor of Science degree in both Psychology and Philosophy which tremendously helps her relate to what Palmer Law Group’s clients are going through. While at SMU Dedman School of Law, Emily was an executive officer of the Women in Law and Tax Law Society. The family lawyer began her career as a student attorney in the SMU Business Clinic.
