The SCW Conrad Carpio Education Scholarship for DREAMers
Named in honor of Conrad Carpio, the father of Firm Partner Alex Carpio, this scholarship holds a deeply personal significance for the firm. Conrad Carpio immigrated to the United States from Cananea, Sonora, Mexico, in 1970, seeking a better life for his family. Over a 44-year career as a roofer, he demonstrated an unparalleled work ethic, overcoming workplace injuries with the same resilience seen in many of SCW’s clients. The Conrad Carpio Education Scholarship honors his legacy by supporting students who exemplify the American Dream.
