For Sean, the business has always been about people. He is relationship-driven by nature: the one making the phone call, checking in, and getting to know the person behind every project. He loves networking and connecting people across the industry, building relationships that last well beyond a single job.
Sean genuinely loves what the water well industry stands for: hard work, integrity, helping others, and a community of people who take pride in what they do. We’re incredibly thankful for the way Sean has stepped into this role. He is carrying this work forward while honoring where we’ve been, and he’s building toward what’s next with the same care that has defined this company from the start.
Sean has been an important part of Eaton Well & Pump for decades. He has worn many hats along the way, learning the business by working in every part of it, from drilling and pump work to residential service and large commercial projects. That hands-on experience shapes not only what he knows, but how he leads.
At the heart of it all is family. Sean’s kids are his world, and he is always looking for chances to teach them, involve them, and let them experience the industry alongside him. Building for generations is his “why.” For Sean, the greatest success is creating something the next generation can be proud to carry forward.
