Guntersville, Alabama, May 13, 2025 — Foxtrot Family Law is excited to announce the addition of two new team members, Rachael Chidoni and Tina Yates, who will further strengthen the firm’s commitment to providing exceptional service and handling complex family law matters. Their diverse skill sets and extensive experience will enhance the firm’s ability to serve clients with even greater efficiency and precision.
Tina Yates, a Kentucky native, joins Foxtrot Family Law as a paralegal with more than two decades of experience, much of it spent in family law. Graduating summa cum laude from West Virginia State University with a degree in psychology, Tina’s background also includes studies in social work, which enhances her ability to handle complex family law cases with both empathy and precision.
Tina’s work ethic and attention to detail make her an invaluable asset to the team. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and volunteering in animal rescue efforts. Tina’s strong sense of community and commitment to service will be a great asset in her role at Foxtrot Family Law.
Additionally, Rachael Chidoni, a proud Alabama native, also joins the team as a legal assistant, where she supports the firm’s mission to empower clients through confident and compassionate representation. Rachael is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in social work at the University of North Alabama, where she has earned a place on the President’s List for her academic excellence. Prior to that, she attended Northwest Shoals Community College, where she earned her Associate of Science degree summa cum laude.
With a passion for family law and social justice, Rachael is dedicated to helping clients navigate their legal challenges with confidence and care. As a mother of four, Rachael understands the importance of balancing family, education, and work, and she brings this same commitment and dedication to her role at Foxtrot Family Law.
